Taxi HeroTerms of Use
These terms apply to Taxi Hero: Crazy Fast Cab Rush by Darko Jovanovski. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you got the game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's terms apply as well and take precedence where they conflict.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music, code, names and characters belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, cheat, or use the game or its assets for anything other than playing it.
2. Virtual items and purchases
Cash, taxis, paints, props and other in-game items are virtual: they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a licence to use them in the game, not property. Purchases are handled by your app store under its rules, including refunds. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal to avoid the next charge. Prices may vary by country and change over time; the price shown in the store at the time of purchase is the one you pay.
3. Ads
The free game is funded by ads served by third-party networks. Rewarded videos are optional and grant what the button promises when watched to the end. Ad content is provided by the networks, not by us; report anything inappropriate through the ad's own report option or to us.
4. Your progress
Progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost through uninstalling, device changes, or platform failures. Purchases can be restored through the in-game Restore Purchases button with the same store account.
5. Fair play
We may fix, change, rebalance or remove features, items, prices and modes as the game evolves. We may block a device that tampers with the game's files, purchases or ads.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and significant changes will be announced in the game. Questions: hello@taxiheroapp.com. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
